Refund Request Form

At Kolibri , we strive to deliver high-quality money counting machines. However, returns may occasionally be necessary. Below are our return guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product was purchased directly from kolibriusa.com.

  • A return request is made within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase (P.O.P.).

  • The product is in its original condition, with packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • The product shows no signs of misuse or damage.

20% restocking + 15% devaluation fee; shipping at the customer’s expense.

Out-of-Box DEFECTIVE

Full credit; Kolibricovers shipping.

 

 

Return Instructions

  1. Visit kolibriusa.com under the “Support” menu and select “Refunds/Returns.”

  2. Complete the Return Request Form.

  3. A Customer Service Representative will issue an RMA number for return shipment.

  4. Package the product securely with original packaging and accessories, marking the RMA number on the outside.

  5. Ship to:

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RMA will be returned to the sender.

  • Processing takes 7–10 business days. Defective items will be inspected; non-defective items will incur applicable fees.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after item inspection.

  • For defective products, replacements can be shipped at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items not meeting eligibility criteria.

  • Damaged, misused, or heavily worn products.

  • Products missing original packaging or proof of purchase.
