You can register your Kolibri Product’s Warranty Here.
For all Kolibri products, the serial number can be found underneath (on the bottom) of the machine. Additionally, if you still have the box your unit was shipped in (or the main product box), your can find the serial number on the side of the box with the UPC barcode and specifications table.

When contacting Technical Support, please have the following information available:
- Product Model – Located ont he back of the machine (in some cases may also be found on the bottom of the machine).
- Serial Number – Located on the bottom of the machine or on the box that the unit came in.
- Nature of the problem – What happened, and when did it happen? Did the machine display an error message?
- Steps already taken to resolve the problem and the results.
